ACCOUNTS RESTRICTED PERMANENTLY
Hi everyone,
I need your help and advice. eBay has permanently restricted my account and is holding $5066 of my funds.
All of my sales have tracking numbers and most orders have been delivered successfully.
Initially, they told me that my account was restricted because I needed to provide tracking for all my orders.
But when I did that, they permanently restricted my account for bad behavior on eBay after a month.
I don’t mind that they restricted my account, but I do mind that they are holding funds for my delivered orders with tracking and good customer reviews.
Here are some of the problems I faced with their customer service:
- They are horrible and uninformed.
- They gave me different and contradictory information about when my funds will be released. Some said 72 hours, some said 72 days, and some said 172 days.
- They did not allow me to report this issue or escalate it to a higher authority.
- I only found one or two persons who wanted to help, but they also confused me.
Has anyone experienced something similar? What further actions can I take, even legal ones?
I appreciate any help or suggestions you can offer.
Warm regards,
mr_lincoln

I see you are based in Australia, this is the US site. You should log out of here and log in to eBay Australia.
Permanent Suspension is extremely difficult to reverse so something must have triggered eBay suspending you.
Do you share a computer or Wi-Fi with other eBay sellers? Have they used your system(s) to log in to their accounts?
