I am brand new to eBay and I already have my account restricted due to what they say as marketplace safety I don’t know what I did, but my first sale didn’t get returned and I bought one item now I can’t list or sell anything on eBay and I’ve tried to get in touch with the help center And agency. Can someone please help me fix this or tell me how I get in touch with someone that I am able to talk to you about this

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account. Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
