Account was to be credited

Question

There were three shipping errors that were made as I was attempting print out the ship labels today for an item I sold. I corrected all three immediately and none were even printed out. I guess the fact that it was about to be printed out Ebay charged it to my PayPal. Ebay said that since none of the items were scanned by the Post office my account would credited . The accidental one that I selected by UPS, Ebay said it wouldn't even be charged but it was. I finally managed to print out the correct label for the item and it was picked up by the post office.

However, I see that my Paypal account was actually charged by Ebay for the three shipping labels and none were credited back to my Paypal account.

You need to VOID the unused labels manually. Credits take up to 21 days.https://www.ebay.com/lbr/labels-history/seller-hub
