My account was restricted because of a misleading seller
I bid for ATHCKS50TW-wireless in-ear headphones from this seller and won.
However, after I won it, I saw that the model sold was different. I wrote to this seller for days and many times. But the seller did not respond. I have all my correspondence saved. I will go on this issue to the end.
The model the seller sold was stated as follows: CKS50TW
In reality, however, this model looks like this: CK5TW(not 50 TW)

Please, how can you help me with this?
