Account was restricted
EBay has restricted my account and will not tell me why or what I did wrong and will not release my funds to me because I broke a policy that they will not tell me what I broke. Someone please help me to get in contact with a manager or someone who actually knows what they are talking about.

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account. Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay. They may want proof of ownership too for the expensive items you sold.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
