Mentor2 years ago@stdsd42 Your account may be tied to another account by IP address. If so then ALL accounts that use that IP are restricted because eBay can't see whose fingers are using the keyboard.
This is just a guess though.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
