ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
I don’t know who’s reviewing our company documentation, but you’re doing a horrible job. We have now lost all of our listings due to time wasted as a result of your incompetence and refusal to accept our paperwork.
Denali has had a presence on ebay for years now; we change our corporate headquarters and all of a sudden we are made to submit paperwork to prove who we are! I've sent in multiple documents with our company name and address, along with bank statements etc. NOTHING SUFFICES AND WE ARE TOLD TO SUBMIT FURTHER DOCUMENTATION!!!!!
Truthfully, this isn’t worth it and I’ll do my best to convince the owner of the company that we should simply abandon selling on ebay. How have other sellers handled this situation?

This sounds like some serious issues with a company simply relocating their business ... from the sounds of it, it should not be this difficult.
