Ebay payouts go to the checking account you have on file, not Paypal.

You will need to provide information:

Register as a seller:

Full name
Address
Date of birth
Social Security Number (SSN)

Getting paid for items you've sold

To verify your bank account, Ebay will need:

Name on the checking account (must match the name on your Ebay account)
Bank name
Routing number
Account number
