Account under review, payouts on hold for 5 business days
Hello,
Out of the blue today I get a message from Ebay saying my account is under review and payouts on hold. No specific reason was given. They mentioned I could go to the payouts on hold to learn more. I went there and there was a bunch of different reasons of why it could be but nothing specific to me. Nobody is available for me to talk to right now and I’m worried about why this is happening. I’ve been selling a year, no issues, 100% positive feedback and Top Rated.
Any idea why this might be happening?
