Hello. My account is temporary locked.
When I called the agent, he started asking me nonsensical questions, like what color my Toyota was and when I was in Massachusetts.
But I've NEVER owned a Toyota and I've NEVER been to Massachusetts.
Please tell me how I can get my account back, since I've had it for over three years, it has many positive feedbacks, my bank cards are linked to it, and my phone number and email are verified.
