Account temporarily restricted – “We need to verify your account”
Hi everyone,
My eBay account has been temporarily restricted with the message “We need to verify your account.”
eBay’s message says that they have some concerns about my seller account and that I need to contact Customer Service. They said an agent will ask a few questions to verify my account and help restore my buying and selling access.
I have already tried contacting eBay Customer Service several times. I also requested a callback, but I have not received the call. My phone number on my eBay account is correct and verified. I’m also not receiving the verification codes.
I have checked my phone settings and made sure that unknown numbers and spam calls are not being blocked.
Has anyone experienced the same issue? What is the best way to complete the verification and get the account restriction removed?
I’m ready to provide any information or documents eBay requires for verification.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
