I would like to bring the attention of someone who can assist me with account verification. I was directed to call an agent which I did. (dated 20-Dec-25) first approx 11:12pm no help, the second time 11:37pm I was told to be called back nothing happens, the third time 12:03am the worst one I had spoken with and experience the most horrible customer service ever. Seems somethings not right with people on the phone supposed to resolved and provide professional assistance........It's waste of everyone precious time, hope someone will look up on this professionally. (I have names should need be)
