Account Suspension help
Ebay blocked my account (MC081) and said I needed to send identity proof - when I contacted customer help to ask what to send and where to send it to, I got a reply saying they had reviewed my account and their decision was final and now I am permanently banned - without even sending ID or anything.
I have never sold or bought anything on ebay and was simply browsing. I do not owe any money.
I have tried calling and unable to be transferred to a human to discuss the issue - the AI just ends the call.
Please help!
