Account suspension due to “non-paymentâ€.
my account was recently suspended due to nonpayment of two buy it now items through the same seller. I have bought hundreds of items in the last six months and promptly paid all of them. This particular seller never responded to my combine shipping request. They wanted to charge me $16 to ship to sports cards. Normal shipping is about five dollars. my account is now suspended from bidding on certain things due to these two cancel. I’ve tried several times to find an email or a phone number to get an actual Liv person to review the case and I’ve had no luck. When I called the 866 customer service number, no matter what time of day it tells me it is outside of their business hours. Seems like they basically have no one who actually supports the customer service line. Can anyone direct me to a link or somewhere? I can send an email directly to dispute this and get reinstated. the only reason I had a nonpayment was because the seller never responded to my multiple request requests for combine shipping. Thank you all for your help.

Mentor10 months agoYour inquiry/request regarding discounted combined shipping should have been asked before you placed your order/purchased the items.
If the seller did not respond, that does not mean you were off the hook...you were still required to pay for your purchases.
Are you sure you are suspended, or are you just finding yourself blocked from bidding? Many sellers have their buyer requiements set to block bidders with 2 or more unpaid item strikes.

OP10 months agoIn addition, it says I should’ve received a message and I have not received any message from eBay regarding the account suspension. I find this incredibly frustrating as I continue to want to purchase items through eBay and currently have no ability to do so. And unresponsive seller was the cause of this and it’s very frustrating that I cannot continue to purchase through other sellers.
