Account suspension and eBay is not accepting my documents
My account was recently suspended because I had too many orders coming in too quickly, and I guess that raised some kind of a flag. In order to lift my suspension, eBay asked me to upload a variety of documents, such as recent invoices proving purchase of items, recent bank statements, a valid ID, and tracking information of items purchased. I did everything that was asked, but then eBay sent me a generic message stating that my appeal had been denied because some of the records I sent were "illegible," but they were virtual files that contained all of the information requested. I don't understand how I can proceed with lifting my account suspension. I did everything they asked, and it's not letting me ask for clarification or talk to an actual human being. Has anybody else experienced this before? How did you get your account reactivated? What steps am I missing? Please advise!!
