Account Suspended, Unresponsive Sellers, and Zero Support – My Rights Need to Be Protected!
Summary: om_992135 expressed frustration over their eBay account suspension, which prevents communication with sellers and causes shipment delays. They also submitted verification documents without receiving any updates. comics-scifi-collectibles advised contacting eBay customer service through social media privately due to being in another country.
To eBay Customer Support,
I am writing this out of sheer frustration and disappointment. This is, by far, the worst online shopping experience of my entire life.
I recently opened an account on eBay, provided my correct shipping address, and purchased items from multiple sellers. However, those sellers are now delaying the shipment, and I cannot even reach out to them because my account has been suspended for no apparent reason!
To make matters worse, I submitted my address verification documents as requested, but nobody has bothered to review them or help me. It feels like I am being completely ignored.
My account is arbitrarily on hold.
I cannot communicate with the sellers.
No one from your support team is giving me any answers or resolving my issue.
How am I supposed to guarantee my rights, my money, and my purchases under these conditions?
I expect a prompt response, an immediate review of my account status, and a clear explanation of why this happened. Fix this issue right now, or let me know how I can get a full refund for my orders immediately.
Regards,
comics-scifi-collectibles

OP1 month agoThank you for the help. I have already contacted their account on X, and I hope the issue gets resolved quickly. This is my first experience on eBay, and I think it might be the last. The problem is that I am a buyer, not a seller, yet they are treating me this way under the excuse of “user protection,” which is really strange.
