Account suspended… need help reactivating it
I encountered a massive personal breakdown.
during the time, I was attempting to sell items but did not fulfill my end of the deal, my attempt to emulate normalcy during my crisis.
it has been 2 years and my circumstances have completely changed and I am trying to start over now that I am free to pursue a life.
my account rightfully suspended with two remaining orders. I am unable to locate a tab to offer a refund, there is no money owed to eBay that I can see. I would even be willing to ship the items to the customer but there is no place for me to mark the order as shipped.
does this mean I can not work towards redeeming my sales account? Or is there any suggestions.
please note- I do not take this failure lightly, it represents a person that I have worked hard to leave behind. I am a victim of DV and I want to start over. I’ve lost everything and am desperately hoping to rebuild.
