Account suspended need details of why and how to address the issue
My account is suspended from selling. I do not have a message in my inbox. How do I get information on the issue so i can resolve?

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.
After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent. You may have to repeat the last two steps.

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
