Account suspended indefinitely
My account is suspended indefinitely, I don't understand why. I don't owe any fees. I have over $100 on hold. I cant speak to an agent. What gives?

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account. Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
