ACCOUNT SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY
I have purchased from Ebay many many times, but became a member recently and purchased a new Mont Blanc. That very same evening, I received an email from Ebay saying my account was suspended and no reason given, just some possibilities like "third party hacking. " I then spoke with both the automated thing and a rep who returned my call 10 minutes later. Neither encounter provided any insight into what was going on and I remain completely befuddled. Further no one is exhibiting the slightest interest in helping me understand or in resolving whatever it is. Somebody is WAY in left field with this thing, and, racking my brain, I cannot in any way attribute fault to myself. I'm virtually certain that I've done nothing wrong, have paid all my bills in full at the time of purchase, have had zero conflicts with anyone associated with Ebay, and candidly admit that, at this stage, I just don't know what happened or what, if anything, I'm supposed to do. I'm sincerely and respectfully asking for the assistance of someone who has more experience or knowledge than, obviously, I have. Thank you.

Asking why this happened is not the right approach. The reps are not allowed to give an answer.
The right question is: what do I need to do to get my suspension ended.
I suggest to use social media.
