Account suspended for no tracking, but there is tracking and items are in transit!
I have sold two items, 3 days apart from my account. On both items I purchased Ebay's shipping label. When I took the items to the post office separately I came back and my seller page told me to update the shipping information. So, I added the tracking number from the scan receipt from the post office. Both items track through USPS and through Ebay with the tracking numbers I added. This evening I received a notification that my account was suspended and I needed to resolve issues. I went to the issue resolution page and got this message. "Help prevent and lift restrictions like a payout hold by resolving any account issues.
Complete order tracking info
Make sure the carrier and tracking number are included and correct."
When I select that issue it give me a pop up showing both items and this message:
"Complete the tracking info to help prevent new restrictions. Any existing restrictions may take up to 5 days after delivery of these orders to lift.
Thanks, no new restrictions will apply from this issue
Any existing account restrictions may take up to 5 days after delivery of these orders to lift.
Orders without tracking (0)
Orders with tracking (2)"
I've tried customer support and only get a freaking Ai that won't allow me to select the option to call me back.
Granted I'm trying this at 0037 EST, but still.
What is going on with this loop and can anyone else provide some insight as to why they would suspend my account when I've fulfilled all requirements and actually shipped items sold on the same day that I sold them?
