Im on another account and recently they completely suspended my other account with 60 funds on it after I refunded 1 single item the email said it needs me to do something to reinitiate the account, it won’t let me log back into the account on the app or sites and all the links they provided just took me to the ai assistant which didnt provide really any help. It’s kinda stupid but I genuinely cant figure this out it says missing or false contact information I provided my address phone number and everything and they only completely suspended me after I refunded a item I was wondering if there’s a way to get my account back
