Didn't you receive a message from eBay with instructions?

Scroll to the bottom of it, for contacting eBay.
Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.
Answer questions if showing up.
Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".
Or, you also can contact eBay's Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter. They are very good.

If you don't have an account, your have to make one. Facebook is the easiest.
