Account Suspended
Earlier this year we opened a LLC business account to sell items online. I have our sellers license from IL, a letter from the IRS with our EIN number and letter from our attorney after our account was opened. Shortly after this I opened a business account with eBay to sell items they suspended my account immediately. I spoke to someone from eBay on the phone, gave them all of our information and the account was opened again briefly. When I tried to list items again, they suspended it again but this time permanently. I don't understand why and cannot get anyone to help me reopen the account. They said if I tried again, it would be closed immediately again. How do I proceed?
