Account still showing suspended months after fees were payed
I was on vacation over the summer and unknowingly had accumulated a charge for a shipping label which put my account balance into the negative. EBay attempted to withdraw from my bank account and were successful on their 4th attempt after the bank called to ask if I wanted to authorize this charge however they put my account on limitations even though my dues are payed. I’ve tried contacting them and resetting my payment methods to no avail, does anyone know how to resolve this?
