Account settings locked out
I am trying to help my son with his ebay account. He created it a while ago but then didn't use it for a while...it may have been hacked...and now it seems to be suspended. He can log in only through his FB account but he is blocked from make changes to his account settings. The automated chat bot just goes round and round in endless circles. His phone number, email, and Facebook accounts are all linked to it so creating a new account is somewhat out of the question. What do we have to do to get this resolved? Is there some secret back line phone number to speak to an actual person?
