Account settings
I need to change some things on the account, and am not having any luck. First, we are a business and there are two of us who own it. We do not want one of the owners full name on everything. We would prefer just the business name, but it will not let me change that. When I search, I get answers about how to add a seller. I want to add my business partner.
Second, since we are a business we have a federal EIN that we want to use. It will not let me enter it. It wants a social security number. We do not want earnings to go to a social, but to our business.
And third, how do you remove the "seller does not take returns"? Of course we will take returns if warrented. When I search for that I only get complaints that it is there.
