First I would check usps for their preferred form of address. Sometimes it is as simple as an abbreviation or not.

Enter your address as you write it, then click find. The system will return the preferred format.
You can ask customer service to enter a tech request, but that is all they will be able to do.
The easiest way to do this is to post a private message on social media. www.facebook.com/ebay https://x.com/ebay
To speak to customer service, use the link on this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
