Account Selling Limits Restricted after Seller Level Reinstated to Above Standard
We were selling over $300,000 per year on eBay. Our account recently got suspended due to below standard level for loo many defects. Our account was banned for 3 months and we recently got our account level back up to above standard level. Before the ban we were able to list up to $250,000 of items and as many listings as possible. Now after our account got banned and then recently reinstated when our account got reviewed and we are above standard level to selling limits of $50 max per month. This is killing our business as we are a manufacturing company that only sells our own branded products we make in house.
Can anyone help or point us in the right direction? We have tried eBay customer service multiple times with no success. We usually get someone who is just reading scripted lines.
Is there any way to get our old selling limits back or is our account cooked? Our products alone cost $200-$800 each. Is there anyway to get a manual review from someone higher up or a way around?
Any advice or direction is much appreciated. Thank you all very much.

Mentor5 months agoYou usually will just have to wait it out selling low cost items and making sure all goes perfect. Then the selling limit will start to increase slow but sure until it is removed.
Of course you can always contact ebay and see if you can get a bit of an increase since none of your products sell in this range.
