account screw ups
I have been having trouble with my account. I will accept an offer get paid and ship and then get a message that I have no offers. Yesterday I got an offer accepted it and then it disappeared. It is really annoying when you can not really talk to ebay. You have to choose from categories none of which are applicable and then a AI will answer a question you did not ask.
Anyone ever contact a live person at ebay to discuss a problem? How did you do it? Thanks
