Could you please tell me what's the reason for my account restrictions or suspensions?
And how can I fix that?

eBay shows you currently have six negative feedback and 15 neutral. When your Buyers post these, you respond by offering them a gift to apologize so maybe they will change their feedback if they like.
That response can be taken by eBay as feedback extortion, which violates their policies. But you also have the negatives and neutrals from your Buyers. If you look at your Seller Dashboard, you can see more details, but right now, your Buyers are not happy.
eBay should have stated in their email to you the reason for your restriction or suspension.
