Account restrictions error
Hi. My account has been restricted in error and there seems to be no way to appeal. When I try to bid on certain items I get a message saying I cannot because there were two unpaid items in past 6 months. There weren’t. And no cases opened against me either. I always pay . When I try to appeal I’m told to go to my messages and appeal from a link there (I guess following a case a message about how to appeal is sent but I had no case and so no message!). How can I contact eBay to sort this out? Many thanks in advance for any advice given.
