Account restrictions and suspension
I recently opened up a second seller account. I sold 2 items and then my account became restricted. I complied with the reactivation process. Name, SSN and bank account verification. I contacted eBay by phone and spoke with 3 different agents that WILL not give me any info about anything. I also asked if they could tell me what I'm doing wrong or if there is someone I can talk to if I set up another account and it gets restricted again. They would not say anything about anything. My main account has been in perfect standing since 1995. I need to know what else can be done in order to open a second seller account. I've never ran into so many roadblocks trying to open an additional account. Please help!
