I cannot list new items on my selling account due to a .17% overage in one category in performance due to a problem that was beyond my control.. My performance percentages have not changed in 2 months even though I,ve had addition sales and no performance issues .. Can't seem to be able to talk to a live representive just the AI assistant who keeps sending me in circles .. Also I keep being charged the @$24.00 fee for my seller account .. Any suggestions??? this is **bleep**
