Account restrictions
My account has been restricted due to circumstances beyond my control first thing is I was unable to change my handling time no longer than 3 days which can be a challenge because I sell hatching eggs and sometimes I don't have the entire number to send out within 3 days therefore my shipping was getting past due also the postal service was delivering packages late or losing them and the eggs were no longer viable and during this period between April and May there is severe weather so I asked my customers if they would mind waiting a little longer and they had no problem except for maybe 1 or 2 which I refunded. I finally started shipping again but USPS was still late in delivering the packages I made my customers aware again, I've always kept my customers updated on their orders, then in June ebay started holding my payments because of this so I contacted customer service to explain the issue and the gentleman I spoke with had a heavy accent and he also couldn't understand what I meant about my eggs being in stock but not on hand because I do have a waiting list but because I couldn't change the handling time and my shipping was getting past due he told me I would need to cancel the late shipments and refund the buyer he also told me to use the out of stock/damaged items which I did and it made the restrictions on my account worse, I always have them in stock just not enough to send out and with hatching eggs you can't send what you have on hand if they are old first it's biohazardous and they lose viability.
