Greetings!
I’m new on e-bay and I’m trying to buy a laptop, but my account got restricted for something I did, and i don’t really know what it was. I can’t bid nor make offers, and when I try to get help, the virtual assistant says there’s more info about the issue in my mail box or message box on the app, but there’s nothing there. I need to solve this problem ASAP so I can buy this laptop before a trip I’ll have soon. If someone can help me, I appreciate it! Thanks.
