Juast opened an account, listed 1 item, & my account was quickly restricted, asked for help and was basically shoved out of the door. no information given, agent cut off cojnversation while i was trying to understrand why.

What was the item?
Normally if eBay restricts an account, they send an email to your eBay messaging and one to the email you registered with.
Once an account is restricted, the way to contact eBay is via email. You could go to Help and Contact and try the email option.
