Account restriction for Tracking issue
We are providing FREE delivery with a USPS large envelope, where no tracking number is provided. Customers can choose the tracking option if they pay the shipping cost. Now, our account got restricted because of a tracking issue, and I'm being asked to update the tracking numbers for all the orders, though I'm not offering any tracked option for Free delivery. As i have no tracking number i'm unable to update.
In this situation, what should i do? or how to solve this problem?
Your answer/help will be highly appreciated.
Thank you

In looking at your listings, within the item description, you state
"A tracking number will be uploaded to your eBay account as soon as the item is dispatched."
It also appears that you are dropshipping and one of your listings offered media mail for a USB charger. Sellers cannot charge extra for tracking.
If your account is restored, you will not be able to offer shipping without tracking, including a First Class Large Envelope.
At this point, I don't see how you can get the restriction lifted without providing tracking for the orders you have shipped. You could try to go to your Seller Hub, to the Issue Resolution Center there, to see what your options might be.

Many of us wish eBay would drop that Large envelope choice because it requires regular postage, not a tracked service and all that does for Sellers trying to ship cheap is get them in trouble. eBay does not sell regular postage. You are not the only Seller to have issues. Tracking is for YOUR protection and sadly you have found out the hard way that you can't do what you have been doing.
Your account has nothing for sale nor can you comply with eBay's request for tracking for your shipments because you don't have any. Are you able to list anything at all? If not then most likely you may be finished selling on eBay and even if you try to open a new account it will be blocked.
If you get to a point where you can list items use USPS Ground Advantage and do NOT use that Large envelope setting, period.
