Account restriction and Transaction blocked
HELLO EVERYONE. This is the first time that I send a request for help on the eBay forum. In these days I have a trouble, I don't know why I account will be blocked. Here's the screenshots just you can see. And then, I still not receive the message from seller, so how can I know what happened and how to contact with seller? THANKS A LOT FO EVERY REPLY

Sellers can block bidders for any reason. They can block specific buyers or set universal blocks for things like unpaid items or your location.
Most sellers also block messages from blocked buyers so it is very likely the seller will not receive any messages you send. You will not be able to purchase or bid on their items. You will need to find your item from a different seller.

OP8 months agoSo there's no other way? Including filing an official appeal with eBay? I did not delay payment or maliciously return the items, and I had multiple transactions with them last year with positive reviews. I don't know why I was suddenly blocked

It is up to each seller to make their own decisions, eBay will not over rule them. All you can do is try to message them, as you have done. The seller may not have blocked you specifically but made changes to their business such that you are included in a general block.
