I am contacting you regarding a restriction currently placed on my eBay account.
I received a message stating that my account has been restricted from bidding on items or making offers due to activity that does not follow eBay policies. However, I am now trying to list items for sale, and I am unable to proceed.
I would like to clarify:
What specific activity caused this restriction?
Why this restriction is affecting my ability to sell items, not just bid or make offers.
What steps I can take to have this restriction reviewed and removed.
I have always tried to follow eBay’s policies and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
