Account restriction and Listing issues
I sell on ebay mostly using the Authenticity Guaranteed program and recently my some of my listing are being taken down due to counterfeit policy. For some background I sell sneakers that I buy from discount stores and they don't have boxes or sometimes are B Grades and ebay is the best way for me to make these sales. It got to a point where one of my listing that was posted a good 4 months ago was taken down a week ago. I haven't had any trouble selling and all my the things I've sold has passed the authenticity program whenever it sells until now. Along with my items passing authentication, I also have good feedback. At first my listings got taken down and I got a three day account restriction a couple of weeks back. Now I got another account restriction this time for seven days and it's super annoying because it's messing with my sales. And I contacted ebay for support the first time my account got restricted and they told me to appeal the removal of the listing by providing a proof of purchase and I do that and I still lose my appeal. I don't want to get permanent banned of some sort but that would mean I would have to stop listing since I wouldn't know when or what my next listing will be taken down. This whole situation doesn't make sense to me because why have the authenticity Guaranteed program if listings are going to be taken down anyways due to counterfeit policies. Recently I've been trying to reach out to them again but I haven't had any luck.

Mentor8 months ago@denmastersupplies With two suspensions you are going to end up permanently banned if you keep listing the same type of items. The bots have flagged your account and an agent can't reset the bots. If you get approval to relist the items are just removed again, similar items are also at risk of removal.

OP8 months agoYeah, I'm trying to get this resolve because it really is messing with my business and I don't sell counterfeits at all, the bots are just flagging my listings and I list everything correctly with an accurate description from category to flaws.
