account restriction

Hi, my ebay account is restricted so I cannot buy anything. I have tried contacting ebay but I don't get any response. Does anybody know how to do it. I think somebody at some stage tried to access my account. I don't owe any money to ebay. Thanks

Scroll to the bottom of the help page you seem the best.

Click on "Contact us"

Add â€˜agent' in the chat box that popped up.

Answer questions if showing up.

Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

Make a choice for a chat or a call to you.

Ask eBay what you need to do to lift the restricted.

(Don't ask why it happened.)
