Account Restriction
My account was temporarily restricted pending verification. I have no clue what triggered this as nothing has changed in the 4 years I've had my store other than the address. I did update my address with eBay a year and a half ago. I uploaded my DL as requested and I have talked to several reps in the last 2 months. I can not do anything within my store. However, items continue to sell. I ship them and eBay holds the funds. I am at my wits end. I don't know what to do. I am not getting anywhere with the reps. They always say, wow, this is weird, I'll escalate this. But then crickets. Has anyone ever experienced this? What do I do? I was told it would take 24 hours to 3 days. It's been 2 months! I mean they have verified me before.... that was done within a day. I can't even put time away on my store....
