Account restriction
Hello I was wondering if anyone can help
i have been with eBay since 2008 and never had any issues until now.
I got a email out the blue saying my account had been restricted and that I needed to upload I.D, which I did then I get a email back saying I need to upload I.D under another name who I don’t know.
I was confused as to why I was asked to upload another persons I.D, I said I don’t know this person and they said that name was on my account, I have no idea how this has happened, there’s no reason as to why there’s another name on my account. My payout is on hold and I don’t seem to be getting thru to the robot like staff over the phone.
any help would be great
