Account Restriction

Question

Hi,

My account was restricted for no reason, and when I called I was out on hold for 10 minutes, with no assistance or advice on lifting my restriction. I was told I to verify my account over call in order for my unjustified ban to be lifted.

Please remove my ban, as I have donâ€™t nothing to deserve this.
