account restriction
Hi,
I have an account for 13 years with 100% positive feedback with no any problems of selling.
Ebay sent me a message of permanently restriction of selling.
I have no clue what is the reason and Ebay are not telling.
What can I do?

A quick glance at your public account indicates that you may have been circumventing the eBay Authenticity Guarantee program. For example, a $15,000 engagement ring that sold in August was listed in the Printing Press category. If eBay puts a listing in the Authenticity Guarantee program, neither the Seller nor the Buyer can do a "workaround", or as you can see, risk have your account restricted/suspended.

When I created listings, I never chose the category. I just looked for a similar item and pressed "sell similar."

In this forum, we do not have access to your account details. In looking at your public account though, this ring originally sold in the correct category. Then it was relisted in the Printing Press category. That change gives the impression that the category change was done to circumvent the Authenticity Guarantee program.
Someone may have reported you or eBay discovered this incorrect category another way.

How can I explain to eBay the mistakes that happened? It's not something that was done on purpose.

Because we are unable to look at your account details, I'm only going by what I can see that might be the reason for the restriction. It could be something else.
Once an account is restricted, it can be difficult to reach eBay. If possible, I would try to email them. You could try sending them a message on their Facebook page.

In the meantime, eBay should have sent a message in both your eBay messaging and your personal email account to let you know the reason for the restriction.
