If you could explain what the issue is, we can advise you.
Are you trying to list an item for sale or trying to purchase an item?

OP2 years agoI don’t know what thr issue is I just tried to set up my account and then at the end it said that my account was restricted and that I needed to contact you guys to get it unrestricted…. So I don’t know what the issue is if I did I would have stated that in my first email I wasn’t aware of anything being restricted or a problem with making me an account…. I’m trying to do both sale items and buy items …. So if you could make my account unrestricted that would be great thanks Katrina

we are not ebay, therefore cannot 'unrestrict' your account.
the directions on what to do are on the ebay message sent that told u of the restriction.
