Account restriction
Dear eBay,
My account's been restricted for a while. That's because I haven't made a civilized payment.
But the fault is not mine.
The seller listed the model number of the product as ATH-CKS50TW.
So I bid for this product. After bidding, I realized that this product is not the model with this model number. The model of the product being sold is the real one;
CKS5TW (Not 50TW)
When you realize that
I asked for it to be canceled. But the seller did not respond for days. My account is still restricted because of this seller. The seller tried to sell the product with false information. Please help me.

·2 years agoI've reported the listing for having a title and description that did not match the photos.
Scroll to the bottom of this help page, click "contact us" and type "agent" into chat.

If asked more questions, type "buying restricted", and after that, type "agent" again. You should be shown a human chat option.
Explain the discrepancy in the listing, and that the seller would not respond to your request for clarification.

Mentor2 years agoThe seller must have filed an Unpaid Item case against you and you received a strike on your account for this. However, eBay will only restrict your account if you have received two or more Unpaid Item strikes in the last 12 months so you must have received one before this.
Since this block is controlled by sellers and not eBay you may be able to find sellers that do not have this block set since not all sellers know about the block.
You could try asking eBay customer service to remove the strike as a curtesy if you have never ask for a removal before. It is up to customer service if they will do this.
