Account restriction

Question

Account got restricted and it said for activity that doesnâ€™t align with policies, but I havenâ€™t done anything but open the account and list an item so Iâ€™m not sure what activities they are. Am also not getting any information on how to get unrestricted because all the links just go in a circle.

Did you register as an Ebay seller?

Register as a seller:

Provide the following:

Full name
Address
Date of birth
Social Security Number (SSN)

To verify your bank account, Ebay will need:

Name on the checking account (must match the name on your Ebay account)
Bank name
Routing number
Account number
