Account restricted temporarily
Hi I'm trying to figure out why my account is temporarily restricted and blocked I sold my very first item and shipped it the same day anf then I woke up to a email saying my account is temporarily restricted..I used the shipping label from eBay I don't know what to do I'm 68 years old and don't understand whsts going on and I've received no help as to why I'm restricted so I can take the proper steps to fix it

You joined eBay only 3 days ago. The most common reason for an account to be 'restricted' so soon after registering is that the member didn't supply eBay with all the information it needs to be able to sell on eBay.
What information have you provided eBay so far? I'm asking about stuff like your Social Security Number, checking account information, etc.

·1 year agoWhat exactly does the email message say? You sold an expensive Rolex 1 day after you registered on eBay, eBay may simply be protecting themselves and you by making sure your account is legitimate.
